Browser editing

Images uploaded to the free map editor and the names you add are processed in your browser. Export creates a PNG on your device. The editor does not send those images or labels to an AI provider or our storage. Closing the page may discard unsaved work.

AI generation and accounts

Prompts and reference images submitted to the AI generator are sent to the generation provider and to SeeAPI for safety checks. Generated images are also checked before being saved or shown. Reference images may be hosted by EvoLink so the safety provider can retrieve them. This is separate from local editor uploads. Generation records, prompts, results and credit usage are stored for account history. Google sign-in supplies your name, email, profile picture and account identifier. Guest sessions use a session cookie and anonymous account identifier. Sessions can include your IP address and browser user agent; IP-based counters help prevent abuse. Do not submit sensitive personal information in prompts or reference images.

We use Cloudflare for hosting, image storage, bot protection and email routing, Neon for account and credit records, Google for sign-in and support email, EvoLink or fal.ai for generation, and SeeAPI for content safety checks (including profile-image uploads). Support messages are forwarded to a Gmail inbox. These providers may process data outside your country under their own terms and privacy policies. We do not promise that provider copies are immediately deleted or that providers never use data for training.

Retention and deletion

• Registered-account details, generation prompts, history and saved maps are retained while the account exists. The gallery's display limit does not delete older records. Download maps you want to keep.
• Guest accounts become eligible for daily cleanup once they are over 30 days old and have had neither a session refresh nor a new generation in the preceding 30 days. Cleanup runs in batches and retries file-deletion failures, so deletion is not guaranteed on day 30.
• Account deletion removes tracked generated originals and previews before deleting the account and its linked generation and session records. If file deletion fails, the deletion may not complete; contact support if you need help. This is not an instant purge of every copy held by infrastructure providers.
• IP-based daily abuse counters expire 48 hours after their last update. Session IP data is separate and is not covered by that counter expiry.
• Operational logs, infrastructure backups and support correspondence are separate from live account records and are not automatically erased by account deletion. Their retention depends on the relevant system; we do not currently promise a fixed deletion deadline for these copies. Contact support for requests concerning them, including separately uploaded profile images.

Payments and analytics

Checkout is disabled in this release. We do not collect card details or accept purchases. Payment processing and related retention terms will be published before purchases are enabled.

Optional analytics and session replay are disabled in this release. See the Cookie Policy for essential browser storage. We will update these disclosures before enabling optional analytics.

Your choices

You can use the local editor without an account. Account deletion controls are provided under Settings → Security. For access, correction, deletion or other applicable privacy-rights requests, email support@aifantasymapgenerator.com. We may need to verify that a request concerns your account. We do not sell personal data.
