Frequently asked questions
How do credits work?
A standard fantasy map uses 1 credit. A print-resolution map uses 2 credits.
Do unused credits roll over?
Plan credits reset at the start of each monthly cycle, which runs from the day you subscribed. Yearly plans get their credits the same way, once a month. Credit pack credits last 12 months from your latest pack purchase. Free credits are topped up to 2 every month and don’t add up.
Which credits are used first?
The ones that expire soonest: plan credits first, then credit pack credits, then free credits.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes, from Settings → Billing. Cancel any time and keep your credits until the end of the period you paid for. Upgrading tops your credits up to the new plan right away; downgrading takes effect at the next cycle.
What if a generation fails?
Your credits come back automatically. Requests blocked by our content filter are the exception and still use their credits.
Can I get a refund?
A credit pack can be refunded within 14 days if none of its credits have been used. Subscriptions can be canceled any time, but a period that has already started isn’t refunded.
Who handles payment?
When payments are available, checkout is handled by our configured payment provider. We never see your card details.
